The offerings and services on this website are available to South African customers and users only which restricts shipping zones exclusively to the country of South Africa. International shipping is not available through this website, its offerings, or any of the services.

Shipping costs:

The shipping fees vary based on logistics and other factors. As well as those orders that qualify for free shipping. Orders are not the same as individual product units. Therefore, only orders of a certain number of units may qualify for free shipping due to the ability to recover the costs. By providing the shipping fees we are able to fulfill our delivery requirements to our customers. We may at any time change or update our fees. However, these rates are provided to customers before checkout. Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages:

In cases of unavailability, Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders before delivery after they have been processed by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Damaged goods will allow for a full refund or replacement only if an image proof of the damaged goods is provided within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the damage is not the result of wrongdoing by a customer or user of this website or the services.

The provision of goods and services by Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 10 days, and delivery confirmed by way of the order reference number, invoice number, tracking number through the couriers of choice of Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd, and the communication of choice of Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd, which may include email and cellphone communications.

Payment may be made via Visa, Mastercard, and Snapscan. Card transactions will be acquired for Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd via an approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks which in the case of this website is PayGate (Pty) Ltd.
